Everybody wants that perfect balance body to flaunt their figure. We all know that weight does not gain or lose in one day. So it is a very long journey. I know that some of you people cannot afford such a long journey and want some other alternative. In this article, I am going to suggest 5 healthy weight loss drinks that help your body to lose weight in a low time. Plus provides you a good amount of nutritional value. Lemon -ginger water -

Lemon is known for its vitamin C storehouse. Although lemon is a great ingredient in weight loss. Lemons are low in calories and increase metabolism. It lowers down your appetite power, improves digestion, provides a good eye side, and makes immunity stronger. Lemon contains fiber, calcium, vitamin B1, B2, B6, magnesium, potassium, and pantothenic acid. Surely lemon is a healthy fruit. On the other hand, Ginger also has amazing benefits. Ginger lowers down your hunger and helps in constipation. It is seen that ginger reduces stress hormones. It improves digestion and provides energy. Like lemon, ginger also helps in weight loss. Ginger is rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. The combination of these two ingredients is going to be amazing. Let’s see the recipe, take one glass of water, add two to three slices of lemon and ginger. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir them well and consume it. Drink this drink empty stomach in the morning for faster weight loss. This drink also helps in detoxification.

Warm water -

Water is one of our daily basic needs and helps our body in multiple ways. Water helps our body in the digestion of food, extracting the nutrient and flush out waste. It hydrates our body. But the benefit of water increases if we warm it. Warm water is more beneficial to our body than just only water. It helps our digestive system, detoxifies our body, provides relief in sinus problems, cleans out your throat, improves immunity, and loses weight. Warm water is most effective when you drink on empty stomach in the morning. As in the morning, our metabolism is on the highest level, and work fast. It makes metabolism digest food and absorb more essential nutrients. If you want to make your weight loss process faster then consume warm water before 30 minutes of a meal. It will work great and easy for you to lose weight. So try this drink out. Also, it is easier to prepare.

Green tea -

Green tea is not only recommended for weight loss but also for all over metabolism. Green tea is rich in antioxidants. Green tea has a good source of vitamin C, amino acid, beta carotene, folic acid, and iron. Green tea enhances metabolism, improves digestion, refreshes the mood, and provides antioxidant essential nutritional value. Green tea also improves immunity. Well consuming green tea daily can be beneficial in weight loss. It is also beneficial in cold and sinus problems. Drinking one cup of green tea daily is enough for you to lose weight. Drink it in the morning or in the evening. Make sure the green tea you are consuming does not contain much caffeine. Also do not drink more than two cups. Break the habit of green tea after a short run of consumption. As it may lead to a headache. When your weight goal is achieved, slow down the consumption of green tea. Do not directly stop it. Lemon and mint water -

This drink is going to be very powerful and refreshing. The lemon and mint water will help you to lose weight. It will boost up your mood as it contains mint. We have already talked about lemon in our previous drink recipes. Let’s talk about mint. Mint is rich in vitamin A, C, and complex, magnesium potassium, and iron. Mint has a marvelous effect on the skin glowing, boosts brainpower, enhances digestion, improves oral health, and increases metabolism. It increases hemoglobin in the body and reduces stress. It also helps to settle down stomach cramps, common acidity, and constipation. Let’s see how to make this drink. Add 2–4 slices of lemon and 4–5 fresh mint leaves into 1 glass of water. Let them sit well. Then stir it and consume it empty stomach in the morning. Have this drink regularly for easy weight loss.

Ginger and cinnamon water-

This drink is going to add a soft touch to your diet. As this drink is helpful in weight loss but it is also sweet none like other healthy drinks. This drink contains ginger and cinnamon which is a great combination for weight loss and for other health benefits. I have already discussed the benefits of ginger in one of the previous drink recipes. Cinnamon is a great source of calcium, iron. It contains vitamin C, E, A, K, B6, folate, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Cinnamon has antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties that make your body strong and fight viruses. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents. Cinnamon also solves digestive problems. Plus cinnamon has flavor-enhancing properties as it is a spice. Let’s check out the recipe. Add 3 to 4 slices of ginger and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder into one glass of water. Let it sit for 10 minutes and drink on an empty stomach for maximum benefits. Drink it regularly and once a day for healthy weight loss.
