You heard right……5 ingredients that you should include in your skincare right now. I used these ingredients personally and I got benefited from them. I would like to share this ingredient list with you people. Cause they are so amazing. So without wasting any time let’s check them out…..

Aloe vera -

I know everyone has heard of this. Also, many of you have already included aloe vera in your skincare. Aloe vera is a multitasking ingredient cause you can use it in many ways. Aloe vera is one of the most calming and soothing ingredients. It is cool in nature that’s why it has a good effect on sunburns. Aloe vera is consists of lots of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. Aloe vera is widely used in beauty products and DIYs. You can use aloe vera in the following way,

#Moisturizer -Add 1 tablespoon of almond oil or olive oil into 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Mix it well and apply it twice a day. This moisturizer hydrates the skin and brightens it. This is for oily to normal skin. Dry skin people add 2 tablespoons of oil.

#Exfoliator -Add 1 teaspoon of sugar into 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Add few drops of any facial oil into it. Massage it gently on the skin and leave it for about 3–4 minutes. Then wash it off and moisturize the skin.

#Face mask -Add 1 tablespoon of fuller earth into 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Add rose water to make a smooth paste. Apply it and leave it for 20–30 minutes then wash it off.

#Shaving cream -Apply aloe vera gel as your shaving cream. It will protect your skin, moisturize it, and if you got any cut it will quickly calm the cut and fastens the healing process.

Wild turmeric -

This ingredient has a solution for every skincare problem. The name in itself is very strong. Wild turmeric has antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It reduces dark spots, acne marks, dark circles, and uneven skin tone. It has skin brightening and complexion boosting effects. Now let’s see best ways to use it,

#Face mask -Add rose water into 1 tablespoon of wild turmeric. Make a smooth paste and apply it. Leave it for 20 min and then wash it off. This will instantly give you a brightening effect.

#Serum -Add 2 tablespoons of almond oil, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, and half a teaspoon of wild turmeric into 1 cup of distilled water or rose water. Mix it well and apply it as a serum. Regular use will reduce dark spots and improves skin tone.

#Sleeping mask -Add a pinch of turmeric into 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Mix it and apply it. Leave it overnight and your skin will be hydrate and glow in the morning.

Fuller earth -

Fuller earth is a blessing for your skin. Due to its cooling and soothing property, it can reduce skin irritation and inflammation. Also, fuller earth resolves skin issues. Although fuller earth is beneficial to all skin types, it has special effects for oily skin people. It soaks excess oil into the skin and refreshes the skin. As fuller earth drys the skin, dry skin people should use it in small quantities. Let’s see how to use fuller earth,

#Face mask -Add 1 tablespoon of fuller earth into 2 tablespoons of rose water. Make a paste and apply it on the skin. Let it dry and wash it off. Your skin will feel a refreshing effect.

#Bodywash -Add 2 tablespoons of fuller earth into rose water. Form a smooth paste then add 1 teaspoon of wild turmeric. Mix them well. Wash your body with it. Using this body wash regularly will brighten up your body.

#Face wash -Mix 1 teaspoon of fuller earth, 1 teaspoon of gram flour, and a pinch of turmeric. Wet your face with water then apply the mixture gently. Leave it for 1–2 minutes then wash off your face.

Rosewater -

Rosewater is a very excellent ingredient within itself. Rosewater has a refreshing and calming agent which refreshes the mood. Rosewater is a needy ingredient for all skin types. Rosewater has so many uses but the following uses are very effective.

#Toner -Use rose water as your toner daily. It will reduce sebum production and will make skin refresh. Dry skin people add 2 tablespoons of almond oil or olive oil into 1 cup of rose water and use it as a toner.

#Refreshing water -Rose water has refreshing and calming properties which can reduce mood busting and calms your mind. You can use rose water as your refreshing water. Just spray a few times on the face and you are good to go.

#Sheet mask -Add 3 tablespoons of rose water into a container. Add 1 teaspoon of your regular serum and 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Mix it well and put a compact sheet mask into the mixture. Let the sheet mask soak the mixture and apply the mask to the skin. Dry skin people add 1 teaspoon of any facial oil in the mixture.

#Moisturizer -Add 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel into half cup of rose water. Add 1 tablespoon of almond oil. Its consistency will be runny. But if you want a smooth moisturizer, increase the quantity of aloe vera gel. Dry-skin people should add more oil for the hydration effect.

Gram flour -

Gram flour is widely used in the Asian continent because of its skin benefits. Gram flour brightens the skin, boosts skin texture, clears dark spots, makes skin smooth and firm. Even gram flour has more protein and is easy to digest. So let’s see how to include gram flour into your skincare,

#Face wash -Wet your face with water or rose water then apply gram flour. Wait for 1 min and wash it off. Regular use will clear the dark spots.

#Face mask -Mix half tablespoon of gram flour and licorice powder. Add water for a smooth consistency and apply it. Leave it for 20 min then wash it off.

#Body washes -Add needy amount of gram flour into of olive oil. Form a smooth paste wash your body with this and your skin will clean and smooth.
