Avocado is a fruit that everyone should include in their diet without thinking. Avocado is a storehouse of vitamins like B6, C, E, and K. Avocado also has lutein, beta carotene, and omega 3 fatty acids. Avocado is a great source of nutrients and helps our body to fight diseases. Avocado increases the digestive system, vision, hair growth, and healthy skin. According to scientific research, eating an avocado a day provides good fat, healthy cholesterol, body detoxification, and lowers stress. You can use avocado in so many ways but I will suggest you, use avocado in a salad for the greatest benefits.

Watermelon -

Watermelon is the sweetest source of hydration, nutrition, and good health. Watermelon has so many nutrients like vitamin C and E, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, magnesium, and potassium. Although watermelon has many benefits for all over the body. Eating watermelon can improve your mood, digestion power, enhance hair quality and skin complexion. Watermelon is also known for reducing stress factors. Watermelon has 92% of water which is a good source of hydration. Watermelon has so many health benefits but one should not eat it daily. If you do want to include watermelon into your diet then you should eat it in small quantities for no adverse side effects.

Papaya is the soft, sweet, delicious, and healthiest fruit that has versatile merits. Papaya which is also called pawpaws is cultivated and known for its nutritional value. Papaya has fiber vitamins A, B, E, K, and C, beta-carotene, pathetic acid, magnesium, copper, and lycopene that are very beneficial for the body. Papaya has great benefits in heart disease, digestion, skin healing, and boosting hair condition. One can also use papaya on the face for glowing and refreshing skin. Although, I will recommend you to eat papaya in small quantities daily. You can add it to salad and smoothies. Well, papaya does not have any side effects but you should check if you have any allergies.

Tomatoes -

Tomato is a dietary, proteinous, and hydrating fruit that leads us to good health. Tomato is a rich source of antioxidants and hydration. Tomatoes have 95% of water. Also, it has a plant-based compound called lycopene which is good for health. Tomato has vitamin A, B9, C, K, potassium, beta carotene, and fiber. Tomatoes fulfilled the hydration of the body, improves skin health, weight loss, and increases the immune system power. There are no side effects of tomatoes but consume freshly matured red tomatoes. Add tomatoes to your protein-rich salad to increase its nutritional value or you can eat it separately in your meals.

Cucumber -

We are always confused with the fact that cucumbers are fruits or vegetables but according to botanical studies, cucumber is a fruit. Let’s talk about its nutritional value, it has vitamin C, K, fiber, minerals, potassium, and magnesium. Cucumber has 96% of water content, the highest in all fruits and vegetables. Cucumber has powerful abilities to prevent constipation, blood sugar, digestive issues, dehydration, and weight gain. Cucumber is low in calories and high in water. So you can include it in your diet if you want to lose weight. Well, there are no side effects of cucumber. Instead, eat cucumber without peeling it off as it will destroy its nutritional value. You can eat at most half of cucumber daily for most benefits. Add them into smoothies, salad, sandwiches, and side dishes.
